- Licensing & Certification: All real estate and agency services are conducted in compliance with applicable Namibian real estate legislation and regulatory standards (including the Namibia Estate Agents Board / Property Practitioners framework).
- Financial Intelligence: Clients and buyers or sellers agree to furnish all necessary verification documents required under Namibian anti-money laundering regulations (Financial Intelligence Center Act).
3. Trust Accounts & Financials
All client monies, deposits, rentals, and body corporate levies are handled in strict accordance with statutory trust account regulations, separate from operating funds, and subject to regular independent auditing.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Namibian law, our company accepts no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from property transactions, third-party contractor actions, or market fluctuations beyond our direct operational control.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.
